Refund & Returns Policy

We work with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company, to create and ship our products. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request one, please contact us at diazsupport@diazmerch.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If a shipment is returned to Printful due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or if it goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Please contact us before returning any products. Items returned without prior communication cannot be processed.

Returns or exchanges for reasons not covered by Printful’s policy (such as size changes or preferences) are not accepted unless you choose to place a new order at your own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as face masks) are non-returnable. Any returned face masks will be discarded and are not eligible for reshipping or refund.

EU Consumer Notice

Under Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and therefore unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

As such, Printful reserves the right to deny returns at its discretion in accordance with this directive.
